S. Lal Singh is an accomplished Electrical Engineer with 40 years of experience working in India, Sweden, and the United States. He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems) from Indian Institute of Technology and has led various projects in his career. One of his notable achievements includes leading the Electrical Design of the Central Boiler Facility, which was awarded the Best Project for Year 2010 by Illinois Society of Professional Engineers.

As a president of Pagri organisation, Lal Singh is responsible for overseeing the organization’s operations and strategic direction. He works with the Board of Directors to develop and implement policies and procedures while providing guidance to the organization’s staff and volunteers.
